Shipping policy

We work hard to ensure your order is shipped promptly; however, once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items damaged in transit. Please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the receiver, and we do not issue refunds for packages returned due to unpaid customs charges. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all international shipping risks and additional fees fall to the customer.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, not our store. The amount of the customs fee depends on the declared value of the goods, the type of item, and current U.S. customs regulations — we are unable to guarantee or quote a fixed percentage, as customs duties vary widely. If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses or fails to pay these charges, we will not issue a refund.
